Marvin Sims retired with 31 years of technical support and System Engineering Management experience with IBM Corporation and telecommunications support with Siemens Corporation.

Vice President

Stacey Hardnett has over 25 years of experience in mortgage banking, financial services, and compliance. He currently serves as Vice President, Corporate Policy Administration Pennymac, where he oversees corporate policy administration and ensures compliance with governance standards.

Board Secretary

After ten years of technical data support at AT&T, Mr. Williams got promoted to the Voice over IP Specialist. Supporting the whole AT&T branch office, he was the first representative to sell, install and implement the newest technology VOIP Technology. After retiring from the telecommunications industry, Mr. Williams became a volunteer baseball coach and a youth mentor in his local community, and started a mentoring program with a local elementary school.

Board Treasurer

Richard O’Neal is a sales and marketing professional with over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and financial services arena. Currently Richard is an Oncology Sales Specialist with Eversana & Shorla Oncology, managing Southern California, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Phoenix, Arizona.

Board Activities Chairman

Charles Clemons is a Board Certified Chaplain, a Pastoral Counselor and a Church Leadership Consultant. He specializes in Grief, Trauma and PTSD Counseling, and Personality Testing. He has served as a Youth Pastor, Senior Pastor, and Christian aid relief worker in Africa, Latin America, and Eastern Europe
